Solution- open QuickBooks desktop.

• Check for QuickBooks updates.

• Install if any update are available.

Error 4- There was a problem checking this company for import eligibility

This error is arising when you converting QuickBooks desktop into online due to several reasons-

• Issue with QuickBooks payroll services.

• User did not sign in to their account before importing data.

• User is nor primary, company admin.

• Attempting the data transfer process more than 60 days after the subscription.

Solution- sign in to your QuickBooks online company complete the setup interview.

• Ensure that you are sign in as a primary or company admin.

• Save your company address again.

• Now login to the QuickBooks online.

• Go to the setting and select account and setting option.

• Go to the company tab and edit the address section.

• Now click on save and done.

• Reimport to the QuickBooks desktop.

Error 5- we can not export your data. It may be on a network drive

This error occurs if your desktop company is located on a drive other than C-drive or its open for multi user mode.

Solution- for resolving this error you need to first locate your company data file in QuickBooks.

• Now close your QuickBooks desktop.

• Now open the C- drive section and copy the company file.

• Paste it on other drive section.

• Now open the company file in QuickBooks desktop.

• Choose the file option then switch to single user mode.

• Choose company and select the export your company files to QuickBooks online.

Error-6 Export QBDT data to QBO error

If the company file is stored on a network drive or in a location that is too deep within folders more than 4. Then this error may occur while converting QuickBooks desktop into QuickBooks online.

Solution- Now close your QuickBooks desktop.

• Now open the C- drive section and copy the company file.

• Paste it on other drive section.

• Now open the company file in QuickBooks desktop.

• Choose the file option then switch to single user mode.

• Choose company and select the export your company files to QuickBooks online.
